Medical Record Review & Analysis

$60/hour individual

Comprehensive review and analysis of medical records, documentation, clinical timelines, and relevant healthcare data.

Medical Chronology Development

$60/hour individual

Detailed, organized timelines of medical events, encounters, diagnoses, procedures, treatments, medications, and outcomes.

Data Analysis & Reporting

$60/hour individual

In-depth analysis of healthcare data and documentation to identify trends, discrepancies, patterns, and relevant findings.

Complex Case Review

$120/hour professional

Extensive or high-volume cases requiring advanced review, cross-referencing, data interpretation, or significant analytical work.

Record Organization & Summarization

$60/hour individual

Organization, indexing, summarization, and preparation of medical records for efficient review.

Rush / Expedited Services

Additional 25%

Expedited projects requiring priority handling or completion within an accelerated timeframe may be subject to a 25% rush fee.

Consultation & Strategy Sessions

$120/hour

Professional consultation regarding medical documentation, healthcare data, record interpretation, and analytical findings.

Engagement & Billing

A project estimate or anticipated range of hours will be provided when practical before work begins. Actual billing is based on time spent performing the requested services.

For larger or complex projects, an initial retainer may be required before work begins. Retainer requirements will be communicated during the engagement process.

Minimum billable increment: 15 minutes.

Additional services or work outside the original scope will be discussed with the client before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
